Cancellation Policy

Transaction cancellation will be permitted within 7 business days from the date of the transaction under the following conditions:

1. The product has not been used.
2. The product has not been damaged.
3. The product is returned to the store within 7 business days from the date of the transaction in its original packaging.
4. Transaction cancellation will not be permitted for products ordered as custom items and are not standard shelf products.

If the conditions are met, transaction cancellation will be permitted.

Exchange or Credit

• Exchange for other merchandise from the store or a refund as paid for the product will be permitted.
• In any case, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction will be charged.
• For credit card payments, 5% plus the cancellation fee charged by the credit card company will be charged.
• Return of merchandise to the store is the responsibility of the customer.
