STaM Institute
At Torah Scrolls Jerusalem, we are an established and experienced STaM institute specializing in Torah scroll care and all STaM products. The work is performed by a team of God-fearing scholars well-versed in the laws of STaM.
Tagging and sewing, computer and manual proofreading, repairs, specialization in restoring and renewing old Torah scrolls, and organizing new Torah scrolls from the parchment stage to a complete kosher Torah scroll.

Rabbinic Endorsements
It is a mitzvah min hamuvchar (the most preferred way) to write the Torah oneself with ink on parchment. However, if one does not know how to write, or is occupied with work and has no time, one should purchase a Torah scroll and leave the writing of “le’einei kol Yisrael” (before the eyes of all Israel).
