We offer mehudar Tefillin houses according to Chabad custom, in size 4 cm by 4 cm, as is customary and mehudar in many communities and especially in Chabad Hasidim, known for its adherence to every stringency and precision.

Square and Base Aligned—the body of the house and the bottom base are built in exact square according to law, precisely aligned, in accordance with the rules of law and according to the teachings of our revered leaders.

Fine Work and Separation as Proper—the head houses are made with precise handwork, professional craftsmanship, and separated (each house separately), in the magnificence important according to the rulings of Chabad scholars. Selected Hides—No Holes—each house is made from selected coarse animal hideexceptionally high-quality American leather, strong and durable for many years, with no holes or concern of disqualification, and carefully preserved from the beginning of preparation until completion of processing.

No Concern of Firstborn—the source of the hide is examined and selected carefully, to ensure there is no concern whatsoever of hide from a firstborn, as the stringency of our revered leaders and the clear ruling of law.

Shin Hand-Drawn—Entirely to Stringency—the letter “Shin” on the head houses is written with full hand pulling, without stamping or template, in complete magnificence and preservation of the letter’s form according to the teaching of our leaders.

Sinew Passes Between the Houseskosher sinew actually passes between the head houses, a magnificence adding strength, durability, and longevity to the houses—and also represents the pinnacle of magnificence according to Chabad teaching and other authorities.
